A national cognitive investigation on industrial waste waters, on their treating systems and on the characteristics of the treated effluent in order to get data on the attained depuration levels, also by different technologies, in the industrial sectors pertaining to our Institute, and in particular in animal and vegetable oils and fats, feeds, paints and colours, soaps, detergents, surface active agents, and cosmetic sectors. In this note, after a description of the general, technological and normative aspects, the collected data on the animal and vegetable oil and fat sectors are reported.

E stata promossa a livello, nazionale un'indagine conoscitiva sulle acque di scarico industrial, sulle modalita di trattamento delle stesse e sulle caratteristiche dell'effluente trattato, con lo scopo di ricavare dati sul livelli di depurazione raggiunti, anche con tecnologie diverse, nel settori industriali di competenza del nostro Istituto ed in particolare in quelli degli oli e grassi animali e vegetali, mangimi, colori e vernici, saponi, detersivi, tensioattivi e prodotti cosmetici. Nella presente nota, dopo una presentazione degli aspetti generali, tecnologici e normativi, si riportano e si discutono i dati raccolti relativamente al settore degli oli e del grassi animale e vegetall.
