Effects of soil improvements on the adlay yield in the newly-reclaimed hilly land

A field experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of soil integrated improvement on the changes of soil physico-chemical properties and adlay yield in the newly reclaimed hilly land. Adlay was cultivated under the six different treatments at Songjeong loam, 20 % slope, during 1985 to 1986 and various soil physico-chemical properties and crop growths were investigated. Bulk density, hardness, pH, and organic ma1776tter content of the soils were changed by integrated improvement compared to control.
