The different accessions of winged bean used were UPLB-IPB [University of the Philippines at Los Banos - Inst. of Plant Breeding] accession numbers 42, 16, 119, 130, and 116. Significant differences were observed in the length and tuber yield per plant among accessions of winged bean. Number of tubers per plant and width of tuber did not vary significantly among accessions
