The results of hemolytic tests defining the antigen content of the blood samples taken from 17,287 animals of Black-and-White breed cattle of Gdansk and Bydgoszcz regions in 1965-70 were analysed. The homozygosity in the group of breed and in the group of fathers decreased in the testing period
