[Foliar nitrogen in the flowering and growth of wheat ear, stem and leaves]

Английский. Twelve different soils were tested in a pot experiment to determine the effect of different nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium rates on growth and development of wheat plants. At the flowering stage the plants were harvested and the biomass of the various plant organs and the mineral content of the two younger leaves analyzed separately. From the relations between different yield indexes and leaf nitrogen concentration, the contribution from each plant part to overall growth is deduced, as well as the nutritional status of the plant, with optimal nitrogen concentrations from 3.11 to 4.00%. Nitrogen nutrition at the organ level and the influence of other factors are discussed

[Dodici diversi tipi di terreno sono stati verificati in un esperimento in vaso per determinare l'effetto di diversi livelli di azoto, fosforo e potassio sulla crescita e lo sviluppo del grano. Allo stadio di fioritura le piante sono state raccolte e sono stati analizzati separatamente la biomassa dei vari organi delle piante e il contenuto di minerali delle due foglie piu' giovani. Dal rapporto tra i diversi indici di resa e la concentrazione di azoto fogliare viene dedotto il contributo di ciascuna parte della pianta alla crescita complessiva, come pure lo stato nutrizionale della pianta, con concentrazioni ottimali di azoto da 3.11 a 4.00%.
