[Possibility and perspectives for the use of SPE (Solid Phase Extraction), in the determination by capillary GLC- ECD in fungicides, insecticides and chlorinate and pyrethroid acaricides in fruits and vegetables, with particular attention to leafy vegetables]

The method permits the determination, with Spe Disposable Columns Octadecyl (C18), of fungicides (Chlorothalonil, Vinclozolin, Iprodione, Fenarimol), of organochlorine insecticides (Lindane, alfa and beta-Endosulfan), of acaridices (Dicofol, Fenson, Tetradifon) and of synthetic pyrethroids (Permethrin, Cypermethrin, Fenvalerate, Deltamethrin) on vegetable matrixes, in particular on the leafy vegetables. The analytical procedure is very easy and fast, permitting an average recovery between 75 and 107% for all tested pesticides, with a very good sensitivity and a good repeatability. The method can be applicable to all pesticides with physico-chemical characteristics similar to those of the compounds tested in the present study

Il metodo proposto permette la determinazione dei fungicidi (Clorotalonil, Vinclozolin, Iprodione, Fenarimol), degli insetticidi clorurati (Lindano, alfa e beta-Endosulfan), degli acaricidi (Dicofol, Fenson, Tetradifon) e dei piretroidi (Permetrina, Cipermetrina, Fenvalerate, Deltametrina) in matrici vegetali con particolare riguardo agli ortaggi a foglia. Il procedimento analitico e' molto semplice e veloce e permette un recupero medio superiore al 75% per tutti i principi attivi presi come test, con un'ottima sensibilita' e buona ripetibilita'. Il metodo puo' essere esteso a tutti gli antiparassitari agricoli aventi caratteristiche chimico-fisiche simili a quelle dei principi attivi presi in esame nel presente lavoro
