Effect of different blood treatments on variability of some haematic parameters

The influence of some storage systems of plasma and serum on the results of haematic parameters has been studied, moreover the response to above-mentioned treatment on two different species, bovine and ovine, has been considered. For almost all parameters appeared statistically significant variations whether between treatments or between species. In view of obtained results we suggest to operate always on fresh plasma centrifugated immediately after withdrawal

E' stata studiata l'influenza di alcuni sistemi di conservazione del plasma e del siero di sangue sui risultati di certi parametri ematici, e' stata inoltre considerata la risposta ai suddetti trattamenti di due specie diverse: bovina-ovina. Per quasi tutti i parametri sono emerse variazioni statisticamente significative tra i trattamenti e tra le due specie. Dai risultati ottenuti si suggerisce di operare sempre sul plasma e siero fresco e centrifugato subito dopo il prelievo
