Home ranges of feral goats in a pastoral area in Western Australia

In a radio-telemetry study, goats were found to have much larger ranges than those found in earlier studies. Males had larger ranges than females, and females had larger ranges in winter than in summer. Excursions outside normal ranges were common. Group structure and composition was variable. Implications for management and control are discussed
