The proposed method makes it possible more complete hop processing through isolation of additional product, i.e. essential oil. The method is implemented as follows: raw materials of hop are delivered to the extractor where extraction of all useful comprounds occurs. The alcoholic extraction is separated from wastes and transferred to the evaporator where its evaporation and isolation of the extraction concentrate as a resulting product proceeds. To set up the disperse system and to transfer the essential oil to the disperse phase water is added to the distillate obtained as a result of the evaporation. The mixture is delivered to the ultra- or microfiltration apparatus and further the essential oil is isolated from the concentrate by known methods: washing and others. The invention may be used in perfumery, food industry and medicine.
