Characterisation of the production in the forestry enterprises in the Republic of Bulgaria is made in this report. In the organisation of the forestry enterprise are included organisation of management, organisation of the production and organisation of labour. The following kinds of production activities could be separated in the forestry enterprises of the Republic of Bulgaria: basic production, which divides into forestry production and timber felling, nonwood production, subsidiary production, auxiliary production, capital construction and general service of the production. Short characterisation is given for each separate activity.
