In passing judgement on the state of the Czech agriculture sector's preparation for the entry into EU, it is necessary to deal with following basic problems: a basic determination of aims among EU mechanisms (CAP) and settling a strategy of the Czech agricultural adaptation policy; a state and an adaptation process of the Czech legal regulations with the communitary rights; economic falls of the entry into EU; and the general preparation of negotiation teams and basic documents for the negotiation.
