Английский. The AA tested two poultry processing plants repeatedly to check the effectiveness of the HACCP system. At each test they carried out controls on working conditions and on the characteristics of the raw materials and final products. This program has made possible to improve considerably the sanitary conditions and the HACCP system has set up an efficient method to remove rapidly the hazards from the production process

In entrambi gli stabilimenti si e' presa visione delle condizioni di lavoro, delle caratteristiche delle materie prime e del prodotto finale. Questo programma ha reso possibile incentivare considerabilmente le condizioni di lavoro e il sistema HACCP ha creato un efficiente metodo per eliminare, in poco tempo, i rischi del processo di lavorazione
