The section 3 deals with forming of food market infrastructure and exchange trade in Ukraine. Attention is also given to the problems of pricing, price monitoring in AIC and analysis of markets. The reports on grain, cattle meat, pork and milk are represented. The problems of protectionism regarding to pricing for main plant products (wheat grain, wheat flour, sunflower seed and oil, sugar, beef, pork and butter) are touched on. The information proposed is accompanied with abundant tabulated data
