In the book establishing Ukraine's exchange market is considered in the range of active legislation (a system of taxation, level of authorities of commodity exchanges, the state's role and place in regulating exchange activities) through the prism of the world experience of commodity exchanges functioning. The mechanism of exchange pricing is outlined. The role of forward contracts that increase stability of market is assessed, as well as efficiency of wholesale trade, futures contracts and options that provide risk insurance of commodity producers
