[Method of growing calves and the Reabilit preparation for implementing it]

The method of growing calves is proposed which includes using the preparation Reabilit for their prophylaxis and treatment. Reabilit is fed to calves at rate 0.5-0.7 g per 1 kg of their body mass, three times a day in the course of 10 days following acute gastrointestinal tract diseases. The preparation is a mixture of biologically active compounds at rates as follows, mass percent: sodium hydrocarbonate - 22.73, sodium citrate - 4.54, magnesium sulphate - 4.54, sodium chloride - 5.84, copper sulphate - 0.22, manganese sulphate - 0.18, cobalt chloride - 0.11, vitamin B2 -0.23, B1 - 0.09, PP - 0.14, C - 2.28, glucose - 45.45, glutamic acid - 2.27, lisin - 2.27. Each compound is characterized by special influence on metabolism. Following 10 days of using Reabilit the test group calves showed normalization of all biochemical indices of the blood and gain in weight 1.25 kg per one head
