In his article the author specifies the system and main objectives of the water management in the CR and also describes the actions ncessary to reach given objectives. In the text are also mentioned the most important instruments of the water management policy. In the end of the article are listed main documents (Directives of the EU Council) relevant also for the Czech Republic.
