The impact of fishery bailiff upon anglers activities can be considered from two points of view. The first aspect is the preventive activity possessing the informative function (explanatory, making accurate) while the second one is the repressive function (bringing stimuli and resolving the fishery law performance in the sphere offences and crimes). Both are an integral part of the competence.
