Erosion can create problems in agricultural fields as well as sedimentation in the rivers and on hydraulic structures related to the river. The sedimentation process that takes place in the reservoir can affect the service life of the reservoir. The purpose of this research is to determine the erosion rate on Sempor Catchment Area, the sedimentation rate and its effect on condition of Sempor Reservoir and to determine the erosion control that can be used on Sempor Catchment Area. The erosio rate in Sempor Catchment Area is 4257 596 ton/ha/year and the sedimentation rate is 261 318 ton/ha/year. The full life of Sempor Reservoir reduced from 75 years planned to 62 years. The erosion control that can be use on Sempor Catchment Area is making of bench terrace and broadbase terrace
