Behaviour of the Sangiovese and the Montepulciano on various rootstocks in repeated cultivation (replanting) in the first years of implant [Vitis vinifera L. - Emilia Romagna - Tuscany]

Английский. In two similar hilly environments of the typical area of the Sangiovese and of the Montepulciano the possibility of replanting has been evaluated. The taking roots and the period of time needed to start production have been checked and, during the third year, the vegetative productions together with the qualitative characteristics of the juices of Montepulciano, grafted on SO4, 1103 P, 140 Ru, 110 R and Sangiovese on the same rootstocks, Kober 5 BB and 420 A. Even if the modest influence of the rootstocks has been confirmed, SO4, 1103 P and 110 R had the best relative results, while 420 A had the usual initial difficulties of taking roots. The low environmental impact nematocide products, buried for precautionary reasons in the wineyard of Montepulciano, have influenced the productive parameters and qualitative composition of the juice in a significant way

In due ambienti collinari simili dell'areale tipico del Sangiovese e del Montepulciano e' stata valutata la possibilita' di far succedere la vite a se stessa (ristoppio). Sono stati controllati gli attecchimenti, i tempi di messa a frutto e, al 3. anno, le produzioni vegetative insieme alle caratteristiche qualitative dei mosti di Montepulciano, innestato su SO4, 1103 P, 140 Ru, 110 R, e di Sangiovese sugli stessi portinnesti, a cui sono stati aggiunti Kober 5BB e 420 A. Pur con la conferma della modesta influenza del portinnesto, sono risultati relativamente piu' validi l'SO4, il 1103 P e il 110 R, mentre il 420 A, a fronte di un comportamento mediamente positivo, ha lamentato le note iniziali difficolta' di ripresa. I prodotti nematocidi a basso impatto ambientale, interrati in via precauzionale nel vigneto di Montepulciano, hanno condizionato i parametri produttivi e qualitativi del mosto in misura significativa
