Evaluation of the relationships between milk performance traits in control milking and in 305-day lactation

The study investigated the relationships between milk performance traits defined for single, subsequent control milking and milk performance traits for the 305-day lactation, depending on the subsequent lactation (I, II, II) as well as the milk yielding group (4500 kg, 4500-5500 kg and 5500 kg). The values of the correlation coefficients between the milk yielding of control milking and the milk yielding of the 305-day lactation differed considerably, depending on the subsequent lactation and the milk yielding group; the highest correlation values were noted for control milking of the middle lactation. The results obtained can be of some assistance when researching the trends in the cow lactation
