The use of Bacillus cereus var. Toyoi in the laying hens feeding

Английский. The trial was conducted with the aim to evaluate the effects of a sporigen probiotic (Bacillus cereus var. Toyoi) in the laying hens feeding at the doses of 250 e 500 millions of CFU for kg of feed. At these doses, B. cereus var. Toyoi positively influenced feed intake/kg of eggs produced (-3.08% e -4.59% respectively) and reduced feed intake/laying hen/day (-2.51% and -5.35% respectively), as well as the number of dirty eggs shells (-7.16% and -7.34% respectively). Only the elevated dosages reduced mortality (-2.08%) and improved (P0.05) the egg weight (+2.27%). Also the egg quality was positively influenced (P0.05), either for the shell thickness (+7.18% and +8.98% respectively) or for yolk pigmentation (+4.12% and +8.03% respectively)

Toyoi) nell'alimentazione delle galline ovaiole alle dosi di 250 e 500 milioni di UFC per kg di alimento. A queste dosi B. cereus var. Toyoi influenzava positivamente l'ingestione di alimento/kg di uova prodotte (-3,08% e -4,59%, rispettivamente) e riduceva l'ingestione alimentare/capo/giorno (-2,51% e -5,35%, rispettivamente), cosi' come il numero di gusci d'uovo sporchi (-7,16% e -7,34% rispettivamente). Solo i dosaggi elevati riducevano la mortalita' (-2,08%) e miglioravano (P0,05) il peso delle uova (+2,27%).
