Английский. Soft drinks occupy an increasingly important role in food consumption, as it is indicated by the increasing trend, both in quantity and value, of consumption over the last ten years. Fruit juices and, particularly, orange juice constitute a group of innovative products which satisfy the high quality and convenience characteristics increasingly demanded by consumers. This is particularly true for orange juice, which is the fruit juice preferred by consumers both in Italy and in the other developed Countries. In particular, over the last few years, an increasing amount of interest has been registered on the part of the consumers in favour of blood orange juice. This juice is perceived to be "special", "healthy" and rich in vitamins. All of these qualities appear as key variables in a possible marketing strategy to promote the consumption of this typical and healthy product

Le bevande analcoliche rivestono un ruolo sempre piu' importante nei nuovi modelli di consumo alimentari, come testimonia il trend crescente in termini di volume e di valore riscontrato nell'ultimo decennio. I succhi di frutta e, in particolare, quelli di arancia si configurano come prodotti innovativi, capaci di rispondere alle esigenze del nuovo consumatore, sia in termini di qualita', sia in termini di praticita', e proprio il gusto di arancia risulta essere il preferito non solo in Italia, ma soprattutto negli altri Paesi ad economia avanzata. Particolare attenzione e' stata rivolta, negli ultimi anni, al succo di arancia rossa, che, sulla base di ricerche di mercato sui consumatori, rappresenta un prodotto non solo innovativo, ma anche un qualcosa di "speciale", "che fa bene", in quanto genuino e vitaminico, caratteristiche che si configurano come plus per la definizione di una strategia di valorizzazione di tale prodotto, che ha la particolarita' di essere tipico e salutistico
