Digitalization of quality control of raw materials on the example of the processing enterprise Zavodoukovsky butter plant LLC | Цифровизация контроля качества сырья на примере перерабатывающего предприятия ООО "Заводоуковский маслозавод"

The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and determine the directions of the introduction of digital technologies in determining the quality of the initial products at a processing enterprise of the agro-industrial sector. On the example of an oil production plant situated in the Tyumen region, the technological process of quality control of the initial products and the procedure for setting purchase prices for raw materials were studied. The LLC "Zavodoukovsky oil production plant" is the only enterprise in the region to produce vegetable (rapeseed) oil. The company applies a flexible pricing policy of settling procurement price for 1 ton of raw materials. When assessing the quality of the seed batch, the following indicators are taken into account: acid number, peroxide number, oil content, weediness, moisture content. Discounts have been established for 1% exceeding the basic standards. Subject to compliance with the normative indicators of seed quality such as weediness not more than 3%, moisture content of 8%, the maximum price can reaches 65,000 rub. per 1 ton. The company buys less high-quality seeds at a lower price, discounts per 1 ton of seeds can reach two or more thousand rub. The goal seed weight may decrease by 30% or more. By improving the quality of rapeseed seeds, suppliers can get the maximum price per 1 ton and not lose in the goal weight. It is noted that the oil production plant has an insufficient level of digitalization. As a result, a system of measures was proposed to optimize production and technological processes as well as business partnerships with suppliers of the processing enterprise.

Русский. Цель исследования – анализ современного состояния и определение направлений внедрения цифровых технологий при определении качества исходной продукции на перерабатывающем предприятии АПК. На примере одного из маслозаводов Тюменской области изучен технологический процесс контроля качества исходной продукции и порядок установления закупочных цен на сырье. ООО "Заводоуковский маслозавод" является единственным в области предприятием по производству растительного (рапсового) масла. На предприятии применяется гибкая ценовая политика установления расценки за 1 тонну сырья. При оценке качества партии учитываются следующие показатели: кислотное число, перекисное число, масличность, сорность, влажность. Установлены скидки за 1% превышения базисных нормативов. При условии соблюдения нормативных показателей качества семян (сорность 3%, влажность 8%) максимальная расценка составляет 65000 руб. Менее качественные семена предприятие закупает по более низкой цене, скидки за тонну семян могут достигать двух и более тысяч рублей. Зачетная масса семян может уменьшиться на 30% и более. Повышая качество семян рапса, поставщики могут получить максимальную цену за 1 тонну и не потерять в зачетной массе. Отмечено, что маслозавод имеет недостаточный уровень цифровизации. В результате была предложена система мер по оптимизации производственно-технологических процессов и деловых партнерских связей с поставщиками перерабатывающего предприятия.
