Influence of the duration of the interval from the beginning of preparation of the udder to the start of milking in an automatic installation on milk yield and intensity of milk exception in cows | Влияние продолжительности интервала от начала подготовки вымени до начала доения на автоматической установке на удой и интенсивность молоковыведения у коров

При автоматическом доении эффективный выход окситоцина у коров обеспечивают стимулы преддоильной подготовки и раздражение соска доильным стаканом; при этом продолжительность интервала между смежными доениями оказывает влияние и на величину разового удоя и на параметры молоковыведения. Цель работы - оценить влияние длительности интервала от начала подготовки вымени до начала доения на параметры молоковыведения и суточный разовый удой при равных интервалах между смежными доениями на автоматической установке Astronaut A4 (Lely). Исследование проведено на 15 коровах-первотёлках методом периодов при длительности интервала до начала доения в контроле до 120 с, в опытных группах 1, 2 и 3 -121-150 с, 151-180 с и более 180 с соответственно. Установлено, что оптимальная интенсивность молокоотдачи у коров наблюдается при продолжительности интервала до начала доения менее 120 с. Если интервал до начала доения соcтавляет 121-180 с, появляется тенденция к снижению разового удоя и интенсивности молоковыведения. При длительности периода до начала доения более 3 мин снижаются разовый удой (P меньше 0,05) и максимальная интенсивность молоковыведения (P меньше 0,05) при сравнении с контролем. При удлинении продолжительности периода до начала доения наблюдается тенденция увеличения продолжительности доения и средней продолжительности выведения молока из четвертей вымени и увеличивается продолжительность пребывания в доильном боксе на 10-28% (P меньше 0,05). Выявленные негативные эффекты свидетельствуют о целесообразности внесения поправок в технологии доения на автоматических доильных установках.

During automated milking, the effective release of oxytocin in cows is provided by pre-milking preparation stimuli and teat irritation by a teat cup; at the same time, the duration of the interval between adjacent milking operations affects both the amount of single milk yield and the parameters of milk let-down. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the influence of the duration of the interval from the beginning of udder preparation to the start of milking on milk production parameters and daily single milk yield at equal intervals between adjacent milking operations on an Astronaut A4 (Lely) automated unit. The study was carried out on 15 first-calf cows using the period method with the duration of the interval before milking in the control of up to 120 s, in the experimental groups: 1, 2 and 3 - 121-150 s, 151-180 s, and more than 180 s, respectively. It has been found that the optimal intensity of milk let-down in cows is observed when the interval before milking is less than 120 s. if the interval before the start of milking is 121-180 s there is a tendency to reduce single milk yield and the intensity of milk let-down. When the period before the start of milking is more than 3 min, single milk yield (P less than 0.05) and the maximum intensity of milk let-down (P less than 0.05) are decreases when compared with the control. With an increase in the duration of the period before the start of milking, there is a tendency to increase the duration of milking and the average duration of milk removal from the udder and the duration of staying in the milking box increases by 10-28% (P less than 0.05). The identified negative effects indicate the advisability of making corrections in milking technologies by automated milking machines.
