El documento que se presenta a continuación contiene la metodología desarrollada para realizar la gestión integral de los residuos peligrosos “Respel” en la Escuela Tecnológica Instituto Técnico Central (ETITC). Metodología mediante la cual se logró identificar, recomendar medidas de almacenamiento, cuantificar, caracterizar, rotular, darles manejo y organización a los Respel dentro de la institución por medio de la construcción de matrices de sustancias y productos químicos, matrices de incompatibilidad, diagramas de entradas y salidas, consulta y organización de las hojas de seguridad, para finalmente, dependiendo de los resultados de estas matrices caracterizar, cuantificar y presentar el Plan de Contingencias de los Respel generados en la ETITC.

The document presented below contains the methodology developed to carry out the integral management of hazardous waste "Respel" at the Technological School Central Technical Institute (ETITC). Methodology through which it was possible to identify, recommend storage measures, quantify, characterize, label, give management and organization to the Respel within the institution through the construction of matrices of chemical substances and products, incompatibility matrices, input diagrams and outputs, consultation and organization of the safety sheets, and finally, depending on the results of these matrices, characterize, quantify and present the Contingency Plan of the Respel generated in the ETITC.
