Conservar el entorno es uno de los principales objetivos que persigue la norma ISO 14001 al implementar un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. Dicha gestión hace referencia a los aspectos que la dirección desarrolle, implante y mantenga en la política ambiental, ya que se encuentra orientada a minimizar todas las afecciones de la empresa en el medio ambiente y, además, ayuda a cumplir con los requisitos legales que le afectan. (NTC ISO 14001, 2015).

This management refers to the aspects that the management develops, implements and maintains in the environmental policy, since it is aimed at minimizing all the effects of the company on the environment and, in addition, helps to comply with the legal requirements that it affect. (NTC ISO 14001, 2015).
