En el presente trabajo se desarrolla el proyecto titulado, Estructuración De Un Plan De Negocios Para La Creación De La Empresa De Servicios Topográficos Ácrux Ingeniería Topográfica S.A.S., una empresa con un portafolio de servicios enfocados a la topografía convencional, gestión catastral y del medio ambiente. Estos servicios fueron planteados considerando la importancia que tienen para el desarrollo económico y sostenible del país. Respecto al servicio de gestión catastral, la empresa busca participar en la política del catastro multipropósito del país, ya que uno de sus aspectos es el componente físico que corresponde al levantamiento de la información física cuyo fin es la gestión del territorio. En cuanto a los servicios de gestión del medio ambiente, se considera de alta importancia atender las demandas de estos servicios, particularmente de trámites y permisos para los vertimientos, los cuales al hacerse de manera inapropiada generan un impacto negativo para los ecosistemas circundantes. El público objetivo corresponde a empresas del sector público y privado, instituciones gubernamentales u oficiales y/o personas que tengan la necesidad de solicitar un servicio topográfico. ÁCRUX INGENIERÍA TOPOGRÁFICA S.A.S, busca estar posicionada como una empresa líder a nivel nacional con su portafolio de servicios, superando con éxito los retos presentados, ofreciendo calidad y seguridad en cada uno de los proyectos, para obtener los mejores resultados, logrando estrategias de crecimiento óptimo y en su etapa de madurez mantener un servicio innovador. La empresa se proyectó a 12 años, con la inversión de cinco socios de los cuales dos son profesionales en el área de la Ingeniería Topográfica, y el préstamo de dos entidades bancarias con el fin de tener los recursos económicos suficientes para iniciar el proyecto para esto se realizó un estudio financiero con el fin de calcular los criterios de análisis y determinar la viabilidad de este en el tiempo.

Regarding the cadastral management service, the company seeks to participate in the policy of the multipurpose cadastre of the country, since one of its aspects is the physical component that corresponds to the gathering of physical information whose purpose is the management of the territory. Regarding environmental management services, it is considered highly important to meet the demands of these services, particularly procedures and permits for discharges, which when done inappropriately generate a negative impact on the surrounding ecosystems. The target audience corresponds to companies from the public and private sector, government or official institutions and / or people who have the need to request a surveying service. ÁCRUX INGENIERÍA TOPOGRÁFICA SAS, seeks to be positioned as a leading company at the national level with its portfolio of services, successfully overcoming challenges, offering quality and safety in each of the projects, to obtain the best results, achieving optimal growth strategies and in its mature stage maintain an innovative service.
