To determine the amount of compensation for damage caused by land degradation, fees for compensation for damage to land of any category are established, while types of land degradation (including soils), indicators of land degradation, intervals of indicators by degrees of degradation are established, fees are established to determine the amount of compensation for damage caused to the environment land degradation (including soils) of any category and tax to determine the amount of compensation for damage caused to the environment by degradation of forest fund lands. The economic mechanism of land management of the Republic of Belarus is being actively improved, while there are opportunities to increase the importance of the regulators of the mechanism and expansion of their number. / Разработка экономического механизма регулирования земельных отношений, учитывающего государственные и частные интересы также актуальна, как и создание законодательной базы, организационного механизма. В условиях перехода к рыночной экономике механизм экономического регулирования управления земельными ресурсами, реализуемый через соблюдение экономических интересов государства, землевладельцев и землепользователей приобретает особое значение. Для определения размера возмещения вреда, причиненного деградацией земель установлены таксы возмещения вреда для земель любой категории, при этом определены виды деградации земель (включая почвы), показатели деградации земель, интервалы показателей по степеням деградации, установлены таксы для определения размера возмещения вреда, причиненного окружающей среде деградацией земель (включая почвы) любой категории и таксы для определения размера возмещения вреда, причиненного окружающей среде деградацией земель лесного фонда. Экономический механизм управления земельными ресурсами Республики Беларусь активно совершенствуется, при этом есть возможности увеличения значимости регуляторов механизма и расширения их числа.
