Продукция животноводства в Беларуси: производство на душу населения | Livestock products in Belarus: per capita production

The article considers the dynamics of livestock numbers in public and private agricultural farms and enterprises of Belarus over the years from 1941 to 2021. It is remarked that over a 50­year period the number of pigs increased twice, beef cattle increased more than twice, dairy cows – by 1.2 times, goats – by 1.07 times. Over the same period, sheep and horse numbers declined 6.3­ and 5.4 times respectively. Starting from 1991 and up until 2021, the numbers of dairy cows, pigs, sheep and horses declined significantly (37, 43, 78 and 84.3% respectively). In 2020, as against 1990, the live weight of cattle and poultry made 100.1% and 108.8% in carcass weight; milk production made 104.1%. Per capita production of meat, milk and eggs was respectively 21 kg, 99 kg and 15 pieces more than in previous years. Increased per capita production of the basic animal products not only guarantees food safety in the country, but it also provides with export possibilities inviting the inflow of foreign currencies. / Рассматривается численность сельскохозяйственных животных в хозяйствах всех категорий Республики Беларусь с 1941 по 2021 г. Отмечается, что за 50­летний период численность крупного рогатого скота увеличилась соответственно в 2,45, коров – в 1,2, свиней – в 2 и коз – в 1,07 раза. Поголовье овец уменьшилось в 6,3 раза, лошадей – в 5,4. С 1991 по 2021 г. численность коров снизилась на 37%, свиней – на 43%, овец – на 78% и лошадей – на 84,3%. В 2020 г. в сравнении с 1990 г. реализация на убой скота и птицы составила: в живом весе – 100,1%, в убойном весе – 108,8%; производство молока – 104,1%. На душу населения больше было произведено мяса (на 21 кг), молока (на 99 кг), яиц (на 15 шт.). Выпуск основных видов продукции животноводства на душу населения обеспечивает не только продовольственную безопасность республики, но и экспортные возможности для получения валютных поступлений.
