Обоснование необходимости формирования циркулярных бизнес-моделей для агробизнеса в сфере обращения с пластиковыми отходами упаковки для минеральных удобрений | The justification of necessity of circular business models forming for agrobusiness in sphere of circulation with a plastic waste of packaging for mineral fertilizers

Possibilities of creation of circular business models in agriculture for system of gathering, recycling and processing of a plastic waste of packing for firm mineral fertilizers are analyzed. The results of the research are based on the use of methodological recommendations for the management of plastic waste, the synthesis of reference documents, the application of methods of logical conclusions and comparative analysis. The resource model connected with replacement of materials and a design of packing reservoirs (big-bags) for the purpose of their use in circular economy at the organization of recycling technologies is offered. The proposed organizational and functional scheme for the collection, disposal and processing of plastic waste in the agro-industrial complex can be taken as a basis in agriculture, and also used for other areas of economic activity in various industries. In the future, using this scheme, it is planned to develop circular business models of a resource and deposit-return type, which will increase the motivation of participants in collecting waste, as well as the efficiency of their disposal and processing to protect the environment. / Проанализированы возможности создания циркулярных бизнес-моделей в агропромышленном комплексе в системе сбора, утилизации и переработки пластиковых отходов упаковки для твердых минеральных удобрений. Результаты исследований основаны на использовании методических рекомендаций по обращению с пластиковыми отходами, обобщении справочных документов, применении методов логических заключений и сравнительного анализа. Предложена ресурсная модель, связанная с заменой материалов и конструкции упаковки (биг-бэгов) с целью их использования в циркулярной экономике при организации технологий рециклинга. Предлагаемая организационно-функциональная схема сбора, утилизации и переработки пластиковых отходов в АПК может быть взята за основу в сельском хозяйстве, а также использована для других направлений хозяйственной деятельности в различных отраслях промышленности. В дальнейшем с применением данной схемы предполагается разработка циркулярных бизнес-моделей ресурсного и депозитно-возвратного типа, которые повысят мотивацию участников при сборе отходов, а также эффективность их утилизации и переработки для защиты окружающей среды.
