Английский. There have been considered the features concerning development of exports of agricultural production technologies from the point of view of the global agri-food market development. The basic features and main manifestations of the essence and content of the export of agricultural production technologies have been identified, in relation to the conditions of transformation of the international agricultural market and promising areas of development of socio-territorial and production systems in the agro-industrial sector. The directions of export development of agricultural production technologies from the point of view of consumer needs in emerging markets are analyzed. The most significant aspects of the implementation of the export potential of agricultural production in terms of the competitive advantages of the domestic agro-industrial sector, agricultural science and agricultural education are outlined. The development of export of technological solutions to provide the international market with agricultural products will contribute to the development and growth of domestic production, innovation, scientific, technical and educational potential in the agro-industrial sector. Access to new agricultural markets will ensure the strategic stability of domestic agricultural producers, and the scientific and educational complex in the agro-industrial sector in Russia. The realization of the export potential contributes to economic growth in all sub-sectors of the agro-industrial sector, and also partially solves the problem of Western sanctions pressure on the economy of Russia. There is formulated a number of recommendations to ensure the progressive development of technology exports for the production of agricultural products. From the point of view of the state agricultural policy, it is necessary to pay attention to supporting innovative solutions that contribute to the intensification of agriculture in Russia and in emerging markets. The need to support the export of agricultural production technologies to the Global South countries at the state level as a basis of international economic relations, and a basic element of global strategic stability to reduce current global economic and political tensions.

Русский. Рассмотрены особенности развития экспорта технологий производства с.-х. продукции с точки зрения развития глобального агропродовольственного рынка. Выявлены базовые признаки и основные проявления сущности и содержания экспорта технологий с.-х. производства, применительно к условиям трансформации международного аграрного рынка и перспективным направлениям развития социально-территориальных и производственных систем в АПК. Проанализированы направления развития экспорта технологий производства аграрной продукции с точки зрения потребностей потребителя на развивающихся рынках. Обозначены наиболее существенные аспекты реализации экспортного потенциала аграрного производства с точки зрения конкурентных преимуществ отечественного АПК, аграрной науки и с.-х. образования. Развитие экспорта технологических решений для обеспечения международного рынка с.-х. продукцией будет способствовать развитию и росту отечественного производственного, инновационного, научно-технического и образовательного потенциала в АПК. Выход на новые с.-х. рынки обеспечит стратегическую устойчивость отечественных с.-х. товаропроизводителей и научно-образовательного комплекса в АПК России. Реализация экспортного потенциала способствует экономическому росту во всех подотраслях АПК и частично решает проблему санкционного давления Запада на экономику России. Сформулирован ряд рекомендаций по обеспечению поступательного развития экспорта технологий для производства аграрной продукции. С точки зрения государственной аграрной политики необходимо обращать внимание на поддержку инновационных решений, способствующих интенсификации сельского хозяйства в России и на развивающихся рынках. Обоснована необходимость поддержки на государственном уровне экспорта технологий производства с.-х. продукции в страны Глобального Юга как основы международных экономических отношений и базового элемента глобальной стратегической стабильности для снижения современной глобальной экономической и политической напряженности.
