This annotated bibliography was compiled and systematized to provide a ready source of pertinent published material and to call attention to important peripheral subject areas. It should be useful to national defense workers who are doing research on the strontium-calcium relationship. No attempt has been made to cover the literature exhaustively, since each subject area, especially for normal calcium metabolism, would require hundreds of thousands of references. Therefore, representative references have been included so as to indicate the present status of knowledge of, and relationship of pertinent subject areas to, strontium and calcium metabolism.
