Abstract: Argentina is a major exporter of grain and oilseeds. This report presents a historical record of monthly exports by country of destination during the 1969/70- 1979/80 marketing years. One conclusion from analyzing the export data is the high degree of concentration of Argentina's export markets. The concentration became more intense when the USSR bought large quantities of Argentine grains and oilseeds in 1980 following the U.S. grain suspension.
