Dietary analysis with programmable calculator: A simplified method

The analysis of food intake data has been vastly simplified with the use of a programmable calculator. Foods are grouped by nutrient content; the calculator is then programmed with the nutrient composition of the foods to be analyzed. The program is stored on a magnetic card, and is capable of analyzing 4 nutrients in 11 foods at one time. Reliable results are obtained with ease, little time, minimum investment and maintenance, and flexibility.
