Simultaneous determination of ten kinds of organochlorine insecticides in beef by gas chromatography

This article reports the development of a simple and rapid method for the analysis of residual organochlorine pesticides in beef fat. The pesticides were extracted with acetone-hexane and purified by Florisil column chromatography, then identified by use of gas chromatography.
