Palladium-catalyzed desulfitative arylation of 3-haloquinolines with arylsulfinates

3-Haloquinolines can be functionalized via a palladium-catalyzed desulfitative coupling of arylsulfinates. This method tolerates substitution upon the aromatic ring and shows good selectivity toward variously substituted aromatic rings.
