Summary: Because of recent social changes, directors of caisses populaires in Quebec have become aware of the importance of making better use of information to fulfill their roles. The article discusses ten main concerns expressed by directors and notes that they will serve as themes for a training program. Suggested methods for diffusing this program are discussed.
