Specific questions related to nutrition and cancer are posed. The questions focus on nutritional problems of cancer patients, methods of nutritional support, indications for nutritional support, assessment of results, the usefulness of nutritional support, supplementation with vitamins and trace metals, and the potential harm of nutritional support in cancer therapy. Six areas of patient care which are of greatest interest at present are listed. Nutritional abnormalities found in a survey of 20 patients are also listed.
