The purpose of this exploratory project was to educate cafeteria patrons about fat and cholesterol in foods and to promote healthy meal choices. Focus group interviews were conducted to obtain feedback regarding: 1) the content and format of the proposed materials, 2) the process whereby they would be delivered, and 3) how they might be improved.
