Olive oil has made its way into the dairy case as a component of Margarine and butter-like spreads. One new product is Olivio which is compared in this article to other brand name spreads. A food composition table shows calorie content, total fat content, saturated fat content, polyunsaturated fat content and monounsaturated fat content.
