Bianthraquinones from the seeds of Senna multiglandulosa

Torosachrysone, physcion, floribundone-1, anhydrophlegmacin and a new bianthraquinone, 9-(physcion-7'-yl)-5, 10-dihydroxy-2-methyl-7-methoxy-1,4-anthraquinone, named isosengulone, are reported from the seeds of Senna multiglandulosa. The compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic and other physical data.
