Assessment of the structure of the gross value added of the Orel region at present stage | Оценка структуры валовой добавленной стоимости Орловской области на современном этапе

Английский. In the modern realities, the economic development in the Oryol region shows a trend of steady growth in the gross value added (GVA). The GVA structure and structural shifts demonstrate the prevailing and steadily growing share of the GVA created in agriculture in the total volume of the GVA created in the region. The study purpose was to examine the dynamics and structure of the GVA obtained in the Oryol region, as well as the factors that have the greatest impact on changing its structure. The multifactor model was construction as well. The characteristics under study are based on the analysis of the data provided by the Territorial Body of the Statistics State Service of the Oryol region. The change in the GVA structure of the Oryol region in favor of agriculture is the result of the expansion of agricultural production, comprehensive support of public authorities, maximizing the participation of private business, the establishment of the institution of peasant farms, rural development, and many other factors. A multiple regression model describing the impact of the share of the average annual number of people employed in agriculture and related industries, as well as indicators of livestock and major agricultural crop performances on the share of GVA created in agriculture has been constructed. The analysis allows adjusting the policy in the agricultural sector and identifying the main directions of the agro-industrial sector development in the Oryol region. This is rational distribution of investments between the subsectors of the agro-industrial sector, increased wages in this industry, expansion of sales markets for beef, pork and cereals and grain legumes produced in the region.

Русский. В современных реалиях развития экономики Орловской области наметилась тенденция устойчивого роста валовой добавленной стоимости (ВДС). Структура ВДС и структурные сдвиги демонстрируют превалирующую и устойчиво растущую долю ВДС, созданной в сельском хозяйстве, в общем объеме созданной ВДС области. Цель исследования - изучение динамики и структуры ВДС Орловской области, а также факторов, оказывающих наибольшее влияние на изменение ее структуры с построением многофакторной модели. Характеристика структуры и структурных сдвигов выполнена на основе анализа данных территориального органа государственной статистики Орловской области. Изменение структуры ВДС Орловской области в пользу сельского хозяйства является результатом расширения производства с.-х. продукции, всесторонней поддержки органов государственной власти, максимизации участия частного бизнеса, становления института крестьянских фермерских хозяйств, развития сельских территорий и многих других факторов. Построена модель множественной регрессии, описывающая влияние доли среднегодовой численности занятых в сельском хозяйстве и смежных отраслях, а также показателей продуктивности скота и основных с.-х. культур на долю ВДС, созданной в сельском хозяйстве. Выполненный анализ позволяет скорректировать политику в с.-х. отрасли и выделить основные направления развития агропромышленного комплекса Орловской области: рациональное распределение инвестиций между субсекторами АПК, повышение оплаты труда в отрасли, расширение рынков сбыта производимых в области говядины, свинины и продукции зерновых и зернобобовых культур.
