Se identifican las principales actividades realizadas por el Instituto en El Salvador durante el 2021, con respecto a las necesidades e interés del país, fortaleciendo en temas de gestión técnica, seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria, bioinsumos, sistemas de riego, resiliencia contra el cambio climático, en especial a combatir el efecto de los gases de invernadero, ganadería bovina, biofertilizantes, lombricompost, empleo de invernaderos, sanidad vegetal, salud animal y en el control de plagas, como la roya del café, la enfermedad Newcastle. Asimismo, se trabajo en mejorar el manejo del recurso hídrico, manejo de la sequía, cría de gallinas, manejo del recurso agroforestal, en el cultivo de leguminosas forrajeras y en el cultivo de granos básicos. Finalmente, se crearon alianzas entre el sector público y privado, así como fortalecimiento de pequeños empresarios y en el involucramiento de las mujeres y jóvenes en temas agrícolas y en la modernización del MAG, con la inclusión de nueva tecnología.
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]The main activities carried out by the Institute in El Salvador during 2021 are identified, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening issues of technical management, food security and safety, bio-inputs, irrigation systems, resilience against climate change, especially to combat the effect of greenhouse gasses, cattle farming, biofertilizers, vermicompost, use of greenhouses, plant health, animal health and pest control, such as coffee rust, Newcastle disease. Likewise, work was done to improve water resource management, drought management, chicken breeding, agroforestry resource management, the cultivation of forage legumes and the cultivation of basic grains. Finally, alliances were created between the public and private sectors, as well as the strengthening of small entrepreneurs and the involvement of women and youth in agricultural issues and in the modernization of the MAG, with the inclusion of new technology.
