Plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa pecuaria de cría y levante de aves para postura en el municipio de Jenesano Departamento de Boyacá

En la economía colombiana uno de los sectores que mayor crecimiento ha tenido en últimos años ha sido el sector avícola, consolidándose como la producción más fuerte y tecnificada en el ámbito pecuario, alcanzando su mejor momento histórico. Los consumos de productos avícolas han incentivado la aparición de nuevos productores que pretenden crear modelos de negocios que les permitan generar rentabilidad a partir de óptimos resultados zootécnicos. El siguiente proyecto describe el plan de negocios para un plantel de aves de postura orientado a la producción pollas de alta calidad las cuales obtendrán los mejores resultados productivos en la correspondiente fase de postura y que permitirán a los clientes obtener una mayor rentabilidad. En primer lugar, se describe el panorama actual de la avicultura nacional y su dinámica en los últimos años. Esto permitió generar un diagnóstico de la situación para el desarrollo del proyecto pecuario, basados en su viabilidad a partir de un estudio técnico, administrativo, legal y financiero.

In the Colombian economy, one of the sectors that has had the greatest growth in recent years has been the poultry sector, consolidating itself as the strongest and most technified production in the livestock sector, reaching its best historical moment. The consumption of poultry products has encouraged the emergence of new producers who seek to create business models that allow them to generate profitability from optimal zootechnical results. The following project describes the business plan for a poultry flock of posture oriented to the production of high quality pullets which will obtain the best productive results in the corresponding posture phase and which will allow customers to obtain greater profitability. First, it describes the current panorama of national poultry farming and its dynamics in recent years. This allowed to generate a diagnosis of the situation for the development of the livestock project, based on its viability from a technical, administrative, legal and financial study.
