Influence of wild and cultivated plants on the set of milk properties.

The article discusses the main elements of cattle feed production, such as wild cereals, legumes and grasses, as well as the cultured plants that can be used as animal feed. Along with this, some data about the mentioned flora, the importance of which is quite high for the productivity of milk obtained from cattle is given. Abiotic factors, animal feeding ration, cattle care culture have a special effect on the taste properties of obtained milk when technological processes are properly followed. Tab. 1, Ref. 3.
