Los productores que ofertan alimentos agroecológicos en mercados locales han acudido a los Sistemas Participativos de Garantía, con el objetivo de dejar constancia de la calidad de los alimentos, sin necesidad de acudir a Certificación de Tercera Persona (privada), la cual es costosa para los productores y no vincula aspectos socioculturales de los territorios. Por lo tanto, en el presente trabajo de investigación, se analizaron los acuerdos que podrían dar origen a un Sistema Participativo de Garantías, que promueva las prácticas agroecológicas en los procesos de producción, comercialización y consumo de alimentos, y cuya implementación sea viable en el contexto agroalimentario de la Ecotienda la Huerta. Las categorías de análisis que guiaron esta investigación fueron: agroecología, convenciones de calidad agroalimentaria y Sistemas Participativos de Garantías. En el propósito de dar respuesta a los objetivos planteados, se definió realizar esta investigación de manera cualitativa, para lo cual se acudieron a fuentes de información secundaria a través de la literatura disponible en bases de datos, fuentes de información primaria mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y un taller participativo. Asimismo, con el objetivo de triangular la información productiva, se incluyeron algunos datos numéricos, recopilados por la Ecotienda la Huerta y que pretenden servir para caracterizar algunos de los sistemas productivos de los que se abastece. Dentro de los principales acuerdos identificados, está la necesidad de propiciar espacios de intercambio de saberes y experiencias entre campesinos y consumidores, con el fin de fortalecer los procesos de construcción de conocimiento y la participación de los actores en las decisiones del proceso. Por último, se definió la visión compartida de agroecología y de calidad y las prácticas generadoras de confianza en las distintas fases del sistema agroalimentario.

Producers who offer agroecological food in local markets have resorted to the Participatory Guarantee Systems, with the aim of recording the quality of the food, without the need to resort to Third Party (private) Certification, which is expensive for farmers. producers and does not link socio-cultural aspects of the territories. Therefore, in the present research work, the agreements that could give rise to a Participatory System of Guarantees were analyzed, which promotes agroecological practices in the processes of production, commercialization and consumption of food, and whose implementation is viable in the agri-food context of the Ecotienda la Huerta. The analysis categories that guided this research were: agroecology, agrifood quality conventions and Participatory Guarantee Systems. In order to respond to the proposed objectives, it was defined to carry out this research in a qualitative way, for which secondary information sources were used through the literature available in databases, primary information sources through semi-structured interviews and a participatory workshop. Likewise, with the objective of triangulating the productive information, some numerical data was included, compiled by the Ecotienda la Huerta and which are intended to serve to characterize some of the productive systems from which it is supplied. Among the main agreements identified, is the need to promote spaces for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between farmers and consumers, in order to strengthen the processes of knowledge construction and the participation of the actors in the decisions of the process. Finally, the shared vision of agroecology and quality and the practices that generate trust in the different phases of the agri-food system were defined.
