Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]La validación de un método analítico determina el rendimiento característico de un método, partiendo de la evaluación de parámetros como la exactitud, precisión, selectividad, linealidad y rango de trabajo, límites de detección y cuantificación, variaciones intralaboratorias e interlaboratoriales. De este modo, el presente proyecto se fundamentó en el desarrollo, implementación y prueba en condiciones reales del método gravimétrico para la determinación de PST y PM10, obteniendo resultados creíbles y adecuados a la calidad pretendida. Con el recurso de la estadística se logró alcanzar el objetivo inicialmente propuesto, así como la validación del método estudiado.
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]The validation of an analytical method determines the characteristic performance of a method, starting from the evaluation of parameters such as accuracy, precision, selectivity, linearity and range of work, limits of detection and quantification, intralaboratory and interlaboratory variations. In this way, the present project was based on the development, implementation and testing in real conditions of the gravimetric method for the determination of PST and PM10, obtaining credible results and adequate to the intended quality. With the use of statistics, the initially proposed objective was achieved, as well as the validation of the method studied.
