Recomendação de nutrientes para a produção de mudas de cafeeiro pelo método requerimento suprimento | Recommendation of nutrients for the production of coffee seedlings by the application supplies

A dose de um fertilizante a ser recomendado para uma cultura pode ser determinada com base no balanço de perdas e ganhos dos nutrientes no sistema agrícola. Essas idéias constituíram a base conceitual que nortearam os trabalhos de modelagem do grupo de professores do Departamento de Solos da Universidade Federal de Viçosa para recomendação de corretivos e fertilizantes para eucalipto, NUTRICALC (Barros et al., 1995) e outras culturas como FERTICALC (Novais & Smyth, 1999); abacaxizeiro, algodoeiro, arroz, bananeira, cafeeiro arábica, cana de açúcar, coqueiro, milho, pastagens, soja, tomate, meloeiro; laranjeira e teca FERTI-UFV Teca. Na modelagem dos FERTICALC são considerados os módulos planta (Módulo Requerimento), que permite obter a demanda e o Requerimento dos nutrientes para definida produtividade e o módulo solo (Módulo Suprimento), que permite obter o suprimento de nutrientes do solo a ser cultivado. Assim, objetivou-se nesse trabalho, gerar curva de crescimento de mudas de cafeeiro em resposta as doses do fertilizante multinutriente (FMN), determinado na primeira fase do experimento, definir as taxas de recuperação dos nutrientes pelas plantas e pelos extratores, determinar a dose recomendada e a composição do fertilizante multinutriente na segunda fase do experimento, a fim de chegar a uma recomendação de adubação que representará uma primeira aproximação de adubação para a produção de mudas de cafeeiro arábica em países com características edafoclimáticas semelhantes ao Brasil, como Angola. Os tratamentos consistiram em dois conjuntos distintos, sendo oito doses crescentes do fertilizante multinutriente (FMN) e oito tratamentos do fertilizante multinutriente completo e com elementos faltantes, assim foi constituído um fatorial 8 + 8. A unidade experimental foi formada por sete saquinhos, com 500 cm 3 de substrato e uma muda de cafeeiro. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados com cinco repetições. Os tratamentos foram aplicados em forma de adubo fluido a cada 15 d após germinação totalizando 15 aplicações durante o tempo determinado para formação de mudas do cafeeiro. A irrigação foi feita nos saquinhos das mudas, de acordo com a necessidade da planta, ou seja, quando a parte superior do substrato estivesse seca, de modo a não permitir excesso de umidade. Uma vez por semana era feita a lavagem das folhas a fim xde prevenir ataque algumas pragas. Após a formação das mudas sob efeito dos tratamentos foram determinados a produção de matéria seca de caule (mMS_Cau), da folha (mMS_Flh), da parte aérea (mMS_PA), os teores totais dos nutrientes na folha (ttNui_Flh), no caule (ttNui_Cau) e conteúdo dos nutrientes na folha (cNui_Flh), no caule (cNui_Cau), a fim de obter a demanda de nutrientes da planta (dNui_Pla) que corrigida pelas taxas de recuperação dos nutrientes pela planta (trNui_Pla) foi determinado o requerimento dos nutrientes pela planta (rNui_Pla). Os teores totais de N tanto na folha como no caule foram determinados pelo método semi-micro Kjeldahl, os demais macronutrientes e micronutrientes foram determinados por digestão nítrico- perclórica e dosados por espectrometria de emissão ótica em plasma induzido (ICP- OES). Foram retiradas as amostras dos substratos de todas as unidades experimentais sob efeito dos tratamentos, para determinação dos teores de macro e micronutrientes disponíveis no solo (tdNui_Sol) para calcular os níveis críticos dos teores dos nutrientes disponíveis no solo e as taxas de recuperação dos nutrientes pelos extratores. Os teores de N disponível no solo foram determinados pelo método semi-micro Kjeldahl, o P, K, Cu, Zn, Mn, e Fe, foram determinados pelo extrator Mehlich-1, o Ca e o Mg, foram determinados pelo extrator KCl 1 mol/L, o B foi determinado por água quente. Com os teores disponíveis de um solo representativo da República de Angola, que foram determinados pelos mesmos extratores, corrigido pelas taxas de recuperação dos nutrientes pelos extratores, foi determinado o suprimento do solo (suNui_Sol). Determinado o requerimento dos nutrientes pela planta (rNui_Pla) e o suprimento dos nutrientes pelo solo (suNui_Sol) foi feito o balanço Requerimento – Suprimento para determinar a dose recomendável do fertilizante multinutriente (drFMN = 1FMN) e os teores dos nutrientes no FMN (tNui_FMN, %). Com a dose recomendável do fertilizante multinutriente e os teores dos nutrientes foi gerado uma recomendação de adubação para a produção de mudas de cafeeiro para a República de Angola. A dose 1,4 do FMN foi a que proporcionou maior acúmulo de matéria seca das mudas de cafeeiro, a maior limitação nutricional a produção de mudas de cafeeiro é a deficiência de N, as maiores taxas de recuperação de nutrientes pelas plantas e pelos extratores foram as de N e K. A dose recomendável do FMN para a produção de mudas de cafeeiro pelo Método Requerimento - Suprimento para a República de Angola, foi de 1 321,037 mg/Pla, com os teores de N 10 %; P 2 O 5 2,83 %; S 1,19 %; K 2 O 23,7 %, Ca 9,92 %; Mg 0,90 %; B 0,20 %; Fe 1,33 %; Mn 0,00 %; Zn 0,07 % e Cu 0,02 %.

The dose of a fertilizer to be recommended for a crop can be determined based on the balance of losses and gains of the nutrients in the agricultural system. These ideas formed the conceptual basis for the modeling of the teachers' group of the Department of Soils of the Federal University of Viçosa to recommend corrective and fertilizer for eucalyptus, NUTRICALC (Barros et al., 1995) and other crops such as FERTICALC & Smyth, 1999); Pineapple, cotton, rice, banana, arabic coffee, sugar cane, coconut, corn, pasture, soybean, tomato, melon; Orange and teak FERTI-UFV Teak. In the modeling of the FERTICALC, the plant modules (Application Module) are considered, which allows to obtain the demand and the nutrients requirement for defined productivity and the soil module (Supply Module), which allows to obtain the nutrient supply of the soil to be cultivated. The objective of this work was to generate a growth curve of coffee seedlings in response to the doses of the multinutrient fertilizer (FMN), determined in the first phase of the experiment, to determine the recovery rates of nutrients by plants and extractors, to determine the dose and the composition of the multinutrient fertilizer in the second phase of the experiment, in order to arrive at a fertilization recommendation that will represent a first approximation of fertilization for the production of arabica coffee seedlings in countries with soil-climatic characteristics similar to Brazil, such as Angola. The treatments consisted of two distinct sets, eight growing doses of the multinutrient fertilizer (FMN) and eight treatments of the complete multinutrient fertilizer and with missing elements, thus a factorial 8 + 8 was constituted. The experimental unit was formed by seven sachets, with 500 cm 3 of substrate and a seedling of coffee. The experimental design was a randomized block with five replicates. The treatments were applied in the form of fluid fertilizer every 15 d after germination totaling 15 applications during the time determined for seedling formation of the coffee tree. Irrigation was done in the seedling bags, according to the need of the plant, ie when the top of the substrate was dry, so as not to allow excess moisture. Once a week the leaves were washed to prevent some pests and diseases. After the formation of the seedlings under the effect of the treatments were determined the dry matter of stem (mMS_Cau), leaf (mMS_Flh), aerial part (mMS_PA), total nutrient contents in the leaf (ttNui_Flh), in the stem (ttNui_Cau ) and nutrient content in xiithe leaf (cNui_Flh), in the stem (cNui_Cau), in order to obtain the nutrient demand of the plant (dNui_Pla) that corrected for the nutrient recovery rates by the plant (trNui_Pla) determined the nutrient requirement by plant (rNui_Pla). The total N contents in both leaf and stem were determined by the Kjeldahl semi-micro method, the other macronutrients and micronutrients were determined by nitric-perchloric digestion and dosed by induced plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Samples of the substrates of all the experimental units under the effect of the treatments were determined to determine the levels of macro and micronutrients available in the soil (tdNui_Sol) to calculate the critical levels of nutrient contents available in the soil and the nutrient recovery rates Extractors. The values of N available in the soil were determined by the Kjeldahl semi-micro method, the P, K, Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe were determined by the Mehlich-1 extractor, Ca and Mg were determined by the KCl extractor, B was determined by hot water. With the available levels of a representative soil of the Republic of Angola, which were determined by the same extractors, corrected for the nutrient recovery rates by the extractors, the soil supply was determined (suNui_Sol). The nutrient requirement of the plant (rNui_Pla) and nutrient supply by the soil (suNui_Sol) was determined by the requirement - supply to determine the recommended dose of the multinutrient fertilizer (drFMN=1 FMN) and the nutrient contents in the FMN (tNui_FMN, %) . With the recommended dose of the multinutrient fertilizer and the nutrient contents, a fertilization recommendation for the production of coffee seedlings for the Republic of Angola was generated. The FMN dose was the one that provided the greatest accumulation of dry matter of the coffee plants, the greatest nutritional limitation was the N deficiency, the highest rates of nutrient recovery by the plants and the extractors were the recommended dose of FMN for the production of coffee seedlings by the supply - demand method for the Republic of Angola was 1 321.037 mg/Pla, with the contents of N 10 %; P 2 O 5 2.83 %; S 1.19 %; K 2 O 23.7 %, Ca 9.92 %; Mg 0.90 %; B 0.20 %; Fe 1.33 %; Mn 0.00 %; Zn 0.07 % and Cu 0.02 %.
