Diseño de un producto turístico para la conservación del patrimonio cultural de la comunidad Taruka cantón Cascales, provincia de Sucumbíos

La presente investigación propone: diseñar un producto turístico para la conservación del patrimonio cultural de la comunidad Taruka, parroquia El dorado de Cascales del cantón Cascales, provincia de Sucumbíos; se realizó un diagnóstico del potencial turístico de la comunidad; un estudio de mercado tomando como universo el número de turistas que visitan La Reserva de Producción Faunística Cuyabeno, en el 2014 fue de 10447 siendo turistas nacionales y extranjeros, debido que es un atractivo con mayor frecuencia; se determinó que el producto turístico es un Centro de Interpretación Cultural por medio de talleres con la comunidad; dicho centro de interpretación cultural tendrá la capacidad de visitación de 20 personas. Para la comercialización se diseñó una página web, una imagen corporativa, donde el Centro llevará como nombre de Arútam y estará dividido en ocho áreas destinadas a la difusión de la forma de vida de la comunidad y un área de comercialización de artesanías elaboradas por los pobladores. Para el estudio de impacto ambiental dio más resultados positivos que negativo es decir la implementación del Centro Cultural Arútam, aporta al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la comunidad. Se estructuro la parte organizativa del centro cultural; en la parte legal está sustentado el proyecto en las leyes ecuatorianas relacionadas con el sector turístico. En el estudio económico se obtuvo como resultado una TIR 29%, VAN positivo de $ $ 92407,70 y la relación costo es de $ 1,53 es decir que por cada dólar invertido se recupera $ 0,53 ctvs. El periodo de recuperación del capital invertido es a los 3 años y 2 meses. Concluyendo que el proyecto es factible generando beneficios sociales, económicos y culturales. This work aims to design a tourism product for the cultural heritage conservation of the Taruka community, El Dorado de Cascales parish, Cascales cantón, Sucumbíos province. A diagnosis of the tourism community potential was carried out. Besides, a market study was done taking the number of tourists visiting Cuyabeno Fauna Production Reserve as universe that consisted of 10 447 national and foreign tourists in 2014 due to it is frequently visited. It was determined that the tourism product is a Cultural Interpretation Center giving workshops with the community. This center will have the capacity for visitation of 20 people. As for marketing, a webpage and a corporate image with the name Arútam were designed. It will be divided in eight areas to spread the community lifestyle and there will be a marketing area of handicrafts made by the dwellers. In the environmental impact study, the results were positive, that is, the implementation of Arútam Cultural Center improves the living condition of the community. The cultural center organization was structured. The project was based on Ecuadorian law related to the tourism sector. In the economic study, the results were as follows: internal rate of return (IRR) of 29%, a positive net present value (NPV) of $ 92 407.70 and the cost relation of $ 1.53, that is, $ 0.53 will return per each dollar invested. The payback period is 3 years and 2 months. It is concluded that the project is feasible generating social, economic and cultural benefits.
