Fatores físicos que influenciam o desenvolvimento embrionário durante o processo de incubação

A cadeia avícola é dividida em diversos segmentos, quando falamos de nascimento este é influenciado por vários fatores que podem ser de responsabilidade do granjeiro e/ou do incubatório. O objetivo final da incubação de ovos férteis de reprodutoras é a obtenção de altos índices de eclodibilidade de ovos e boa qualidade dos pintinhos. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste trabalho é desenvolver uma revisão bibliográfica com base nos principais fatores físicos que influenciam o desenvolvimento embrionário durante o processo de incubação artificial de frangos de corte, bem como uma caracterização de cada um destes fatores. Englobamos o desenvolvimento embrionário no período de incubação assim como alguns fatores responsáveis pela qualidade dos ovos incubados e aprofundando aos fatores físicos como a temperatura considerada o parâmetro mais importante do ponto de vista do embrião, a umidade relativa do ar, viragem dos ovos e ventilação que de maneira rigorosa devem ser monitorados. A incubação artificial de frangos de corte é um período crucial da cadeia avícola, donde origina o pintinho que depois de terminado dará origem ao objetivo principal da cadeia avícola, a carne de frango. São muitos os prejuízos quando não levamos em consideração alguns fatores durante o período de incubação, em especial os físicos como a temperatura, umidade relativa do ar, viragem dos ovos e ventilação, pois estes são necessários para manter uma ambiência adequada. Como o desenvolvimento do ovo é fora do organismo materno é crucial dar ao embrião formas para que ele desempenhe seu desenvolvimento adequadamente, favorecendo seu metabolismo e reações químicas, trocas gasosas, produção de calor, controle de pH e perda evaporativa, garantindo assim uma boa eclosão e um pintinho de qualidade.

Brazil is the largest exporter and the third largest producer of chicken meat in the world, growing 112% in the last 30 years. The poultry chain is divided into several segments, when we speak of birth this is influenced by several factors that may be the responsibility of the farmer and / or the hatchery. The final objective of the incubation of fertile breeder eggs is to obtain high rates of egg hatchability and good chicks quality. Thus, the objective of this work is to develop a literature review based on the main physical factors that influence the embryonic development during the artificial incubation process of broilers, as well as a characterization of each of these factors. We encompass the embryonic development in the incubation period as well as some factors responsible for the quality of the incubated eggs and deepening to the physical factors such as the temperature considered the most important parameter from the point of view of the embryo, the relative humidity of the air, turning of the eggs and ventilation that must be monitored. The artificial incubation of broiler chickens is a crucial period of the poultry chain, from which the broiler chick, which after its completion will give rise to the main objective of the poultry chain, the chicken meat. There are many damages when we do not take into account some factors during the incubation period, especially the physicists such as temperature, relative humidity, eggs turning and ventilation, since these are necessary to maintain an adequate environment. As the development of the egg is outside the maternal organism, it is crucial to give the embryo the proper forms for its development, favoring its metabolism and chemical reactions, gas exchange, heat production, pH control and evaporative loss, thus ensuring a good outbreak and a quality chick.
